Co-Founder, Product & Technology
Emoneeds / Gurgaon, India
- Lead a 45-person org with 5 to 7 direct reports; own P&L and product across clinical, consumer and B2B surfaces.
- Built and shipped an EMR customised for mental health: clinician workspace with session notes, diagnostics and session prep.
- Stood up the corporate product line and onboarded anchor clients, unlocking employer-paid distribution beyond D2C.
- Scaled the team from 4 to 45 across clinical, ops, marketing and tech.

- Led end-to-end development of Analytics Data Stories to drive artist-created Shorts; launched in 2 months, reaching the top 25% of artists on the platform.
- Defined evaluation criteria for Trending Music on Shorts, setting selection parameters that strengthened short-form to long-form video flow.

- Launched Rakuten's international travel platform across 9 countries, owning end-to-end UX and core features; reached 80,000+ MAU and $7M+ ARR within year one.
- Drove localisation of 70M+ text elements into 8 languages across 30+ stakeholders.

- A free water-refilling app: 200K+ users, number one on the Japan App Store, App of the Day. Reduced 1M+ plastic bottles.

An organisation that wants to make sustainability fun, yet impactful, by co-creating communities and tools. I volunteer pro bono on their app and other digital products. You can track your water intake and find free refill spots across the world, so you never have to buy a plastic bottle again.
