It's tougher to be unkind.

Recently I was on a customer service chat with Google because I had an issue with my account (amazing cs interface btw)

For the most part, I thought I could have been speaking to some AI bot, because they were quick and spoke very professionally, but these last few messages were quite unexpected and can come only from another human.

I honestly didn't even do anything special, I was just patient, answered questions they asked, and complied with any actions they requested, my issue was resolved within 5 minutes. But they told me that I was the kindest person they spoke to today.

If this was their reaction to my messages, I can't and don't want to imagine how other people interact with those that are trying to help us.

In this new year, be kind guys, its easier than being unkind!
