Zoom Hack

If you like me struggled for more than a year doing an ~8 click process to copy your personal Zoom link (link only, password included) from your Zoom app to your calendar/messaging app, I finally figured out a way to make it much easier.

Use Keyboard Text Replacement on your Mac (or similar software on Windows) to assign your zoom link to an uncommon abbreviation, and then just type it out to get the full link suggestion anywhere you want across all your Apple devices.

These kinds of hacks just make the work experience much smoother and non-disruptive.

You can also use these for your email ids, or anything else.
